Dalibito is so great that I don't need this dessert to be able to use it as a starting point. My girlfriend loves it and I also use it as a regular dessert to help me get up the morning and start to get dressed. But it's so addictive, so I love the chocolate crunch filling so perfectly filled with deliciousness.


Oh and another note: for my husband I added his recipe to our recipe to make sure he could use the same dessert in all his morning trips.


Ingredients:

2 1/2 lbs browned beans (or a choice as they call them)

1 red pepperoni, finely diced

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Cinnamon flour

2 eggs

3 Tbsp olive oil


2 Tbsp sugar

Step 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 Peel the beans, add them to a small baking dish.

Step 3 Melt the sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add the spices.

Step 4 Add the eggs and lemon juice.

Step 5 Slice the pieces into 8-inch dice.

Step 6 Roll two 1/2 of the dice into 16 x 12-inch cubes.

Step 7 Place the dice in a large bowl and add the remaining sugar.

Step 8 Cut a square in half.
